Warm Referrals

For Service Providers

If you’d like to make a warm referral for a client, please email us at (or call our main line, if it’s urgent – (02) 4628 2042)

Referrals should include the following information:

  • Client name/DOB/address
  • Other party name/DOB (this is the person/entity your client has a dispute with)
  • Matter type
  • Whether matter is urgent etc.

Alternatively, you can complete the following form and email it to

We will let you know if we can assist, within 1 business day,  and can then arrange with you how we will contact your client for assistance.

In some cases, we may not be able to assist (due to conflict, matter type, or location etc.). If we can’t help, we’ll do our best to refer you to someone who can.

Service providers who are interested in obtaining basic legal information/referrals on behalf of particulalry vulnerable clients are also welcome to contact our service.
