Legal Service Holiday Closure

Our legal service will close to the public on 15 December 2023 and re-open 15 January 2024.

Our NEW ADVICE INTAKE will CLOSE on 4 DECEMBER 2023, to ensure our service is able to finalise all outstanding advices, prior to our holiday closure period.

If you require urgent legal advice or assistance during this period, or are a new client seeking initial advice after 4 December 2023, please contact Law Access on 1300 888 529, or a private solicitor.

Please be aware that any emails or messages received by the service during this period will remain unanswered until our service re-opens in the New Year.

Tenancy Service Holiday Closure

Our South West Sydney Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service (SWSTAAS) will be closed to the public between 18 December 2023 and 15 January 2024.

The Tenants Union Christmas Hotline (1800 251 101 or 8117 3750) may be able to assist tenants with urgent matters, during the holiday period.  Hotline open times 10am – 5pm (closed 1pm-2pm).

Private tenants may also contact NSW Fair Trading (13 32 20), for assistance during this period.

Domestic Violence Service Holiday Operating Hours

Our Macarthur Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (MWDVCAS) will remain open to the public during the 2023-24 holiday period.  The service can be contacted between 9:00am and 5:00pm, except on public holidays.
