We will let you know if we can assist, within 1 business day, and can then arrange with you how we will contact your client for assistance.
In some cases, we may not be able to assist (due to conflict, matter type, or location etc.). If we can’t help, we’ll do our best to refer you to someone who can.
Service providers who are interested in obtaining basic legal information/referrals on behalf of particularly vulnerable clients are also welcome to contact our service.
